- To receive views of local residents on parish matters
- Footpaths – To receive an update on any current issues to include feedback from the Footpath Officers.
- Planning – To comment on applications to be determined by Herefordshire Council.
- Planning Consultation 230890 – Lower Snodhill, Dorstone. Demolition of conservatory/utility to West elevation. Construct extension to East side. Alterations and repairs to existing cottage.

- To note current bank balance.
- To consider outstanding payments within budget allocation.
- To compare BACS payments authorised at the April 2023 meeting with the corresponding bank statement.
- To approve new signatories for the Parish Council bank account.
