14.5 To provide update from Herefordshire Council’s planning department regarding pre-planning advice costs associated with removing/relocation trees opposite the church if the PC were to obtain land.
14.6 To provide update on procurement of adult gym equipment signage to be installed on entrance to area.
14.7 To review remedial works required following the Autumn 2025 Playground inspection report.
14.8 To provide update on surfacing PR18 between Spire View and C1209.
